Brief Introduction:

YT4200-P1 is a domestic coating thickness gauge manufactured by 3nh. It can quickly and accurately detect non-magnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates. The instrument fully complies with the magnetic method test principle specified by ISO 2178, GB/T 4956, ASTM B499 and other standards. The instrument is stable, accurate and powerful, and is widely used in the manufacturing industry, metal processing industry, chemical industry and other surface engineering detection fields. It is the basic equipment of coating surface process industry.

The Fe probe can detect the thickness of non-magnetic coatings sprayed on magnetic substrates (such as steel), such as the paint coating, powder spraying coating, porcelain coating, chromium coating, copper coating, zinc coating, etc.
